We’ll kick the project off with an in-depth onboarding call and brand questionnaire. This is where I gather all the information, links and resources I need to understand your brand, your audience and the market you’re in.
Following our call, I’ll do my own research to uncover what people need to know and when to say yes to your offer. This includes surveys, online research and a competitor analysis.
STEP #1: ONBOARDING & RESEARCH

Next I’ll turn my findings into an email strategy that guides subscribers through the buyer journey. This involves mapping out the timing, goal and content of each email in your sequence or funnel.
I’ll send this document to you to review before I start writing to make sure we're on the same page.
STEP #2: STRATEGY & MESSAGE MAPPING
Full transparency: you almost definitely won’t hear from me during this phase. That’s because I’ll be busy weaving together the threads of my research to write emails that guide your audience seamlessly through your sequence or funnel.
You’ll hear from me about 2-3 weeks later with the first draft for you to review.
STEP #3: WRITING (& WRITING SOME MORE)
Two rounds of feedback later, your emails will be ready to publish. I’ll work with you to build and test the funnel in your chosen email platform. Once everything is running as it should be, we’ll publish your sequence(s) and you can start inviting people in.
Three months after the funnel goes live, I’ll be back in touch to do a data review so you can see the impact of your emails, in black and white.

Because I have no idea how many email you'll need before we speak. I'll be able to provide a quote when I know what your goals are and how many emails you'll need to reach them (which I'll figure out based on the information I gather on our call).
Weirdly so. Before I start writing, I spend a creepy amount of time stalking your socials, reading your emails and unpicking your brand voice. So by the time your copy arrives in your inbox, you’ll wonder if you actually wrote it yourself.
Almost as soon as you publish the funnel. Your emails will be so clearly tailored to the people receiving them, that you should start to see an uptick in open rates, clicks and enquiries immediately.
It may take slightly longer to show up on Google, but I’d expect to see an increase in organic traffic within 3 months of publishing.
